That's what continues to draw me to acting today.
I'm naturally drawn to characters who carry responsibility and heart - fathers, husbands, mentors, professionals, pastors, community leaders, and men of authority. But I'm equally interested in the man behind the strength: the character carrying a secret, facing failure, wrestling with doubt, fighting for his family, or discovering that redemption is still possible.
My faith is an important part of who I am, and it influences the stories I'm most passionate about telling. I'm especially drawn to stories about faith, family, grace, courage, forgiveness, redemption, perseverance, and hope. I believe the most powerful stories don't preach at an audience-they invite us into a character's journey and allow us to discover something meaningful for ourselves.
I don't believe a character has to be perfect to be worth watching. In fact, some of the most compelling characters are the ones who are broken, conflicted, or searching for their way home.
That's where I want to live as an actor.
Whether I'm playing the father everyone depends on, the mentor who sees something in someone else, the man of conviction standing firm when everything is falling apart, or the flawed man given one more chance to get it right, I want my characters to feel real, human, and worth remembering.
For me, acting isn't simply about becoming someone else. It's about discovering what makes us human and telling stories that remind us we're not alone.
Let's work together to tell your story.
